1 Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "788wln," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 788wln.net platform, licensed and regulated under applicable international gaming law.
- "Platform" means the 788wln website, mobile interface, and all associated products accessible at 788wln.net.
- "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 788wln Platform.
- "Account" means the personal account created by a User following successful registration on the 788wln Platform.
- "Wallet" or "Player Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's 788wln Account.
- "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 788wln to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
- "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a User using eligible payment methods such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank transfers.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real money or bonus funds staked by a User on any game, sport, or event available on the 788wln Platform.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 788wln to comply with its licensing and anti-money laundering obligations.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory from which access to or use of 788wln is prohibited under applicable law or under 788wln's operational policies.
2 Eligibility & Registration
Access to and use of the 788wln Platform is strictly conditional upon the User satisfying all of the eligibility criteria set out in this section. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant on a continuing basis that:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active.
- You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services under the laws applicable to your place of residence or jurisdiction.
- You are registering as a natural person on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction.
- You are not a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or affiliate of 788wln or any of its related entities, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
- You have not been diagnosed with, nor are you currently suffering from, a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder that prevents you from making rational decisions regarding your use of the Platform.
- All personal information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update any such information promptly should it change.
Age Verification: 788wln reserves the right to suspend any Account and withhold all funds pending satisfactory completion of KYC age verification procedures at any point, without prior notice. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, and all funds deposited will be subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Registration is limited to one Account per individual, per household address, per device, and per IP address. 788wln may use technical and manual checks to identify and close duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 788wln may, at its sole discretion, void all wagers placed and confiscate all associated balances and winnings.
3 Account Management
Once your 788wln Account has been created, you are responsible for all activity conducted through it. Specifically:
- You must keep your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must notify 788wln immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- 788wln will not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- You are required to maintain accurate and current personal information on your Account. Failure to do so may result in Account suspension, delayed withdrawals, or permanent closure.
- Accounts that have remained completely inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. Dormant Account handling, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to Users via their registered email address prior to any deductions being applied.
KYC Requirements: 788wln may request documentary evidence of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any stage of the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, and during routine compliance audits. Accepted documents include valid national identity cards, passports, proof of address (utility bills or bank statements dated within 90 days), and source of funds documentation as required.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 788wln Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:
4.1 Deposits
- 788wln accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Available methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
- Deposits are credited to the Player Wallet as soon as the relevant payment provider confirms receipt of funds. 788wln is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- 788wln does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the payment account used to deposit must match the name on the registered 788wln Account.
4.2 Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
- 788wln targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals made during normal operational hours, subject to security checks and KYC status. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and 788wln reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering precaution.
- Accounts that have not met minimum wagering activity requirements, or where KYC documentation is incomplete, may experience withdrawal delays until the relevant requirements are satisfied.
- 788wln reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or void withdrawal requests where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Currency Notice: All transactions are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions. Users who attempt to circumvent currency controls through unusual payment patterns may have their Accounts reviewed and, if necessary, suspended.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
788wln offers various bonuses, promotional offers, and free bet credits to eligible Users. All such offers are subject to the general bonus terms below and to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- All bonuses carry wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details at the time of the offer.
- Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are tracked separately in the Player Wallet. Real Money Funds are used first for wagers by default, unless otherwise specified.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible User, per promotion, unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Claiming bonuses via multiple Accounts or through fraudulent means will result in all associated winnings being voided.
- 788wln reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to a Player Wallet at the time of modification will be handled in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
- Bonus wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from the Player Wallet automatically.
- 788wln reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts and associated winnings from a Player Wallet in any circumstance where it is determined that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise impermissible conduct.
6 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the 788wln Platform, including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sports markets:
- All bets must be placed prior to the relevant market closing. Once a market has been closed by 788wln, no further bets will be accepted on that event.
- The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds at which the bet will be settled. For in-play markets, live odds may change rapidly. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
- In the event of a match, event, or game being abandoned, cancelled, postponed, or otherwise not completed within a specified timeframe, 788wln's settlement rules for that specific sport and competition will apply. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Help section of the Platform.
- Wagers resulting from obvious errors in odds, whether caused by system malfunction, human data entry error, or third-party data feed issues, may be voided by 788wln at its sole discretion. Users will be notified and their stakes returned.
- 888wln reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any User at any time, including in response to concerns about unusual betting patterns or potential manipulation of markets.
- Maximum bet amounts and maximum payout limits apply and vary by market. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface.
PSL & Cricket Betting: Pakistan Super League markets and other domestic cricket competitions may be subject to additional sport-specific rules reflecting the structure and format of the competition. Players are advised to review the PSL-specific betting guide available within the 788wln sportsbook before placing wagers on these markets.
7 Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on the 788wln Platform — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, table games, and specialty games such as Nine and WM Live Dealer — are governed by the following rules:
- All Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG software that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
- Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 788wln will use available logs and recorded footage to determine the outcome and settle the affected wager in accordance with published game rules.
- Each game title has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Users are encouraged to read these rules before placing wagers, particularly for games with complex features such as side bets, multipliers, or bonus rounds.
- Winnings from casino games are credited to the Player Wallet immediately upon settlement. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the RNG log and dealer footage as recorded by 788wln's systems shall be considered definitive evidence of the actual outcome.
8 Prohibited Conduct
Users of the 788wln Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all wagers and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any other activity that violates applicable law.
- Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or errors in odds or game configurations to obtain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without the prior written consent of 788wln.
- Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus structures in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.
- Colluding with other players in live casino or table games to manipulate game outcomes.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information, identity documents, or source of funds documentation.
- Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention technology.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at 788wln staff or other Platform users.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the 788wln Platform — including but not limited to the 788wln brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 788wln or is licensed to 788wln by its respective owners. All such rights are reserved.
No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 788wln Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 788wln. Personal, non-commercial use of the Platform content is permitted solely for the purpose of accessing and using the Platform as a registered User.
10 Privacy & Data
The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted to 788wln is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the 788wln Privacy Policy.
In summary, 788wln collects personal data including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity logs for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised marketing where consent has been provided. Data is processed in accordance with applicable international data protection standards.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wln shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
- Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors in game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond 788wln's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays or failures.
- Any reliance placed on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to system error.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 788wln does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other malicious code. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate antivirus and security software on their own devices.
Important: Gambling involves risk. You may lose money that you deposit on the 788wln Platform. 788wln does not guarantee that you will win, and past winnings are not indicative of future results.
12 Responsible Gaming
788wln is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. As part of this commitment, 788wln:
- Strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction for all registered Users.
- Provides Users with access to responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options — all of which can be activated directly from the Account Settings without the need to contact support.
- Trains its customer support team to recognise indicators of problem gambling and respond empathetically and appropriately.
- Provides information and referral to professional gambling support resources for Users who may be experiencing gambling-related difficulties.

13 Termination
788wln reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly where:
- The User is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- 788wln reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity connected to the Account.
- The User fails to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
- Regulatory requirements or licensing obligations necessitate restriction or closure of the Account.
Upon voluntary Account closure by a User, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Player Wallet will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and after deduction of any applicable dormancy or administrative fees. Bonus Funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
14 Disputes & Governing Law
In the event of any dispute between a User and 788wln arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the following process shall apply:
- Initial Contact: The User must first contact 788wln's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of five (5) business days for an initial response and resolution attempt.
- Formal Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved following initial contact, the User may escalate the complaint in writing, providing a full written account of the dispute, all relevant Account details, and supporting documentation.
- Third-Party Mediation: Where internal resolution is not achievable, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body in accordance with 788wln's licensing requirements. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available from 788wln's support team.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 788wln's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit a User's statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence where such rights cannot be lawfully excluded.
15 Amendments
788wln reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 788wln will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory requirement.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be accessible on the 788wln Platform. By continuing to use the Platform after changes have taken effect, you confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact 788wln to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining balance and the closure of your Account.
